Where is Akshaya Homes located?

Akshaya Homes is located in Cheruthuruthy, Kerala, a serene and culturally rich city known for its association with ayurveda and art forms. Property is 100 ft away from National Highway (NH22), 100 ft away from the Police Station.
Where is the owner located? How easy is it to get hold of the owner or property management for any issues?

Lucky you. The owner is within the compound and available for most of the issues and questions that arise. The owner will provide guidance for utility-specific issues such as electricity, cooking gas, etc., but the tenant is responsible for managing the utility.
Is there security available?

There is no security guard on the property, but the compound is gated, and the neighboring houses are owned by the owner's relatives. Cheruthuruthy is a very small but fast-developing city and a divine, serene, and peaceful place of Ayurveda & naturopathy. Crime, Vandalism, or other misbehavior is not usually seen in or around the property. The owner is a respected individual and has been in the teaching profession for more than 30 years. Any misbehavior within the property will not be tolerated and may result in immediate evacuation from the property.
What is the rate for the property?

We have a couple of different options available depending on your choice and budget. Please also consider your health before choosing a property, as one of our options is on the first floor, which requires climbing a few steps. More details on the property can be found here
How many people can the property accomodate?

In a single 2 BHK unit, depending on the property, a family of 3-4 can easily share. Based on the availability, larger families could also occupy two nearest units if the number exceeds 4. We recommend that a group not exceed 4 per unit.
